Certified Sisterlocks® Consultant since 2020
I have been natural for over 15 years and became a part of the Sisterlocks® community because I wanted Freedom, versatility, coupled with my love for locks. It was important that I immerse myself in this natural Lock Journey by completing the extensive Sisterlocks® course. I have a desire to pass on this passion to each individual with care by spreading love and attention to each Lock Friend by giving positive energy and knowledge to help create beautiful Healthy Locks. Freedom Rootz Locks Studio has been designed to humbly start and support on your Sisterlocks® Journey.

Services
Sisterlocks®
Sisterlocks® are tiny uniformed locks that consist of at least 400 locks or more. These locks are the result of a precision parting grid and a specialized tool that locks the hair into its tiny locking formation.
Sisterlocks® Consultation
1 hr – $55.00 (Nonrefundable deposit) Consultation fee goes towards installation.
Sisterlocks® Installation
$1500.00+
Microlocks
(using Interlocking method only)
Microlocks are an alternative to Sisterlocks®. They generally result in at least 150 to 300 locks. They are large uniformed locks that are installed free formed by grabbing parts or parting hair for more cleaner look.
Microlocks Consultation
1 hr – $55.00 (Nonrefundable deposit) Consultation fee goes towards installation.
Microlocks Installation (to 4 inches)
$1200.00+
All other services go to Booksy for pricing.

Policies
Punctuality
Please be on time to your appointment. We value everyone’s time. A 10 minute later arrival results in a $15 fee. 20 min late will result in a forced cancellation that will incur a 50% service fee of your scheduled appointment. This ensures timeliness and respect for all clients’ time. No call/ No shows incur a $100.00 charge of booked services and future appointments may be cancelled.
Consultations
All new clients MUST complete a consultation prior to booking an appointment to be serviced. All consultations must be paid in full with a valid Credit Card or Zelle at the time of booking. Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations & Adjustments
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. Changes to service the day of service will result in a $100.00 charge of the initial scheduled services.
Payments
After services are rendered in the studio, payment can be collected by Cash, Zelle, or valid Credit Card.
New Client Prep
All new clients require an in-person consultation prior to booking the initial service appointment. If you have questions regarding scheduling the consultation, Text us at 346-610-4524.
Children & Guests
The studio has limited seating so please do not bring children unless they are being serviced. No additional guests are allowed.

First Sister Locks
My very first Sist locks, and it was everything that I expected. My consultant, Mrs. Navachi, made it a wonderful experience. With apprehensions about length, care, and commitment, she explained the process in a quick and accessible format. Her facility is excellent, and I was comfortable during the process.

Great consultant.
I was a transfer client, and ended up being a great experience. Mrs. Navachi was very professional, informative, and clean. I was hesitant of going to a different consultant but she made the experience a great one. I hate my consultant wasn’t available but glad that I found her.

Sisterlock install
Navachi did a wonderful job with my sisterlock installation. During my consultation she explained the install process in detail and made sure all of my questions were answered. In addition to her explaining everything I was given a folder that contained written instructions on how to prepare for install day. My sisterlocks look absolutely amazing and my grid is so precise. Excellent customer service and The studio is very clean. I’m so glad I chose Freedom Rootz!

Awesome and Amazing
I found Navachi on the Sisterlock website. Scheduling was super easy. She keeps her area very clean and sanitize. I felt very safe especially during COVID. She was very accommodating and was very patient with me. Her grid was impeccable and she is very inviting. I am so happy with my sisterlocks! I would highly recommend her!

My loctician is Amazing!
Navachi is amazing! I started my loc journey with her 7 months ago and don’t plan on going elsewhere. We’ve even discussed her starting my daughter’s interlock journey as well.
